This OO green and brown plastic kit will get you off to a good start with all the detail bits you need for scratch building.

8 x Sash windows, 12 paned size 18 x 13mm

2  x Sash windows, 4 paned , same size

4 x Sash windows, 2 pain, of smaller size.

5 x further mix of windows.

400mm of gutters in different lengths.

Mix of downpipes.

2 x Stanchions 

Mix of bargeboards 

And finally, a small louvred vent panel 14 x 11mm,  a small Lockable wall box which could hold a phone and a small external bell.
