A detailed laser cut wood kit with, clear glazing and instructions.

New from Peco, 1960s suburban town semi-detached house backs in low-relief, half a building to stand along the backscene. Several of theses kits can be combined to create a row, seen in suburban locations in the UK!

The kits have been carefully designed for easy and satisfying build, with lots of detail;
The laser-cut detail is very fine, with wonderful brick and tile textures on the surface.
The models also feature guttering and downpipes, normally missing in many kits.
A separate porch at the front (house front kit)
Blinds in the windows, which can be positioned as desired.

The possibilities are endless using these Peco kits; as a row of semi-detached house backs or a 60s terrace against the backscene, a row of house fronts behind a station, or a street of semi-detached houses in a town scene.

The kit will need making and painting to complete. Image shows made and painted model.
The models are easy to personalise when painting which is necessary when you create a terrace of buildings as no two houses would ever be the same.
Acrylic paints are best, see Urban Diorama Colours Set Acrylic Paint

Tools required, craft knife and file.
Laser cut kit glue or a glue for wood is also required.

Scale 1:76  OO
Kit makes one pair of semi-detached houses as seen in the image.
