Woodland Scenics SubTerrain Lightweight Layout System®

The SubTerrain Lightweight Layout System does not require any experience to build a layout. There are no complicated calculations to make, no expensive power tools to buy and no dusty mess to clean up. This revolutionary system consists of sturdy, durable and lightweight foam components that take the guesswork out of designing and building a layout.

Overview of the system;

Incline/Decline Sets;  The ideal way to alter the elevation of your track quickly and easily. Each set includes pieces necessary to raise or lower the elevation of your track.

Incline Starters;  These are single wedges used to start your track on an incline or decline. Each piece elevates/lowers the track to/from a designated height within a 609mm (24") stretch, allowing for a smooth transition from one height to another.

Risers; These are a single parallel height section and generally used with Incline/Decline Starters to create varying grades/levels on your layout.
