This kit contains printed pre-cut card with clear plastic windows and detailed instructions.

The card is precision cut so the inside fits inside the exterior walls and creates a strong structure with smooth corners.

Roofs are embossed to give greater detail.

The model is made in two parts - first the main building and roof and secondly the internal walls and floors.

The interior detail includes fireplace, pictures and curtains.

The roof and top floor lift off so interiors can be accessed after construction.

Individual rooms can be lit with led lights.

This cottage is reversible, the porch can be fitted to the back and the barn door fixed over the french windows.
